By accessing or using hireon ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of service
hireon provides a platform for managing candidates, jobs, and hiring pipelines, including AI-powered matching and extraction features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Account and use
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and must not misuse it (e.g. spam, malware, unauthorized access, or infringement of others' rights).
4. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload or create ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to provide Your Data and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws. We are not responsible for the content of Your Data.
5. Intellectual property
hireon and its branding, software, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our technology except as permitted by the Service (e.g. normal use within the product).
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. AI outputs (e.g. match scores, extraction) are for assistance only and do not constitute legal or professional advice. You use the Service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hireon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or one hundred dollars if greater).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hireon and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Data, or your breach of these terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms or for any other reason with notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain or delete Your Data in accordance with our policies and law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which hireon operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
