Being one of the world’s leading resource hubs for digital services, Hireon provides a platform for experienced freelancers and agencies to connect with potential buyers actively seeking their skills and resources. Hireon provides an array of unique features for all its users. One such feature is called ‘Pick’.
What is a Pick?
Pick is a form of package through which freelancers and agencies can sell their services, by enlisting their skills under broader categories and sub-categories, highlighting their remuneration quotations and timelines.
For example, if a buyer is looking for a logo designer, then they can simply click on the service “Graphics & Design” and select “Logo Design” from the drop-down list and then browse through the Picks created by various freelancers and agencies offering the service. Not just the remuneration, these picks also allow buyers to go through sample designs or works uploaded by the creators.
Sellers can also offer Pick Packages to buyers, which contain multiple price ranges. Thus, buyers can simply choose according to their specific requirements.
A. USER
a. Sign Up- To purchase services of an Agency or a Freelancer, you need to click on Join Now and fill in the required details, followed by a quick email verification.
b. Sign in- Once your email is verified, you can now login to your account and opt for the Agency and Freelancer of your choice by browsing through their Picks.
c. You can now purchase services from any Agency or Freelancer by purchasing their Picks, based on your requirements.
You can also join as a User and then select Become an Agency or Become a Freelancer to sell services as an Agency or a Freelancer.
B. AGENCY
a. In order to create an account as an Agency, click on Become an Agency on the home page and sign up.
b. After filling in the details, you will be redirected to a Subscription Plan page for purchasing a subscription of your choice in order to create Picks on Hireon.
c. Once you are signed up, you will be redirected to your Profile Page where you can create your profile by adding all the details as requested on the page.
d. After your profile is verified and approved, you can create Picks to connect with potential customers and receive leads and orders from them.
e. Now follow the below-mentioned steps to create Picks- Dashboard -> My Picks -> Add Picks
C. FREELANCER
a. In order to create an account as a Freelancer, click on Become a Freelancer on the home page and sign up.
b. After signing up, you will be redirected to your Profile page where you can create your profile by adding all the details as requested on the page.
c. Once your profile is created, you need to create Picks to connect with potential customers and receive orders from them. Now follow the below-mentioned steps to create Picks- Dashboard -> My Picks -> Add Picks

All sellers are reviewed and verified during the sign-up and Pick creation process, and are subjected to approval by Hireon.
All Picks created by an Agency and Freelancer are subjected to our approval. We reserve the right to reject the Picks violating our Terms and Conditions.

Ratings
Hireon allows buyers to rate and review the services purchased by them, thus ensuring better business and higher quality of services delivered in future.
Payment
Hireon does not charge any service fees from Agency for orders received on Hireon.
With respect to Freelancers upon successful completion and delivery of an order, the sellers are entitled to receive 93% of the total order value.
